This looks like two planes crashing into each other, or perhaps this is how baby planes are made.
But actually the airplane in the foreground is much higher than it looks. The background airplane is on a taxiway next to the runway, waiting its turn. The optical illusion exists because the runway from which the airplane in the foreground has taken off is not in the frame.
